About Us

Conference Care was founded by the company Directors Chris Peacock and Andrew Deakin, with a clear vision to deliver superior expert service in all areas of our business.

Our team is hand picked from a combination of Hotel, Training, Travel and Event Management backgrounds with a proven strength in service delivery. The individual team members have clear objectives with identified career paths. This investment in our people has contributed to our reputation for having the lowest known staff turnover in our industry.

We provide clients with a dedicated team led by an Account Manager, to handle client relations at end user and procurement levels. The implementation of a centralised booking service, together with consolidation of expenditure, delivers a return on investment across all levels.

Our success has given us a consistent growth year on year, leading the way in transparent reporting with the development of our Online Management Information. To date we operate across a diverse range of markets, within both the private and public sectors.
