By actively seeking external endorsements of our organisation and the services we provide, we believe this adds value and confidence to the customers we partner with.

Currently we hold the following Memberships and Accreditations:

HBAA - Hotel Booking Agents Association. The trade association that represents the collective interest of the parties involved in the procurement and management of conference, meetings and accommodation in the UK and internationally.

ITM - The Institute of Travel & Meetings is the leading professional body for buyers, managers and suppliers of business travel and meetings in the UK and Ireland

ISO 9001 Quality Management, Conference Services - ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management.

ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Systems - ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for an organisation's Environmental Quality Management system.

Investors in People (IIP) - The accreditation aims to improve the performance of a company through the strength of its staff.

HBAA Billback Approved - The HBAA Billback Best Practice Code is an addition to the widely recognised Code of Conduct. It ensures Agency members, partners and clients involved in Billback transactions have a concise understanding of each party's roles and liabilities when handling client funds and centralised billing services. Conference Care fully adheres to these working practices.

Charted Institute of Purchasing and Supply - A worldwide organisation, serving the purchasing and supply profession - CIPS provides a wide range of services, promoting best practice across all areas of procurement, purchase and supply chain.

Institute of Directors - The IoD is the professional body for business leaders and has been representing individual directors from all sectors for the last 100 years.
