Lynne Mulgrew - Head of Sales

I joined Conference Care in 2011 and felt at home straight away. Since then my role has evolved and I am now Head of Sales. Prior to joining Conference Care, I started my career working in health farms, moved into hotels in 2000 and have never looked back.

I have gathered experience from a variety of places, spending time with Hayley Conference Centres and Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park, and found my ability to connect with people naturally led to a role in account management.

In my role with Conference Care, I am often attracting new clients to work in partnership with us. Engaging with all kinds of clients really offers me diversity within my role and the approach I use when liaising with clients. Finding the best solution for our clients is always a challenge I enjoy.

When not nurturing my client relationships I am nurturing my little girl Evie with family time. I also love a good sunshine holiday, tasty food and of course some wine for good measure.

They are fantastic because they "think of alternative quirky venues” that I would never even think would work but always do.
