Reservations Advisor
We have an exciting position available within our growing hotel reservations team. Applicants will need at least 2 years agency or hotel reservations experience, and have the desire to offer the best customer service in the industry!
Location: the position is based full-time at our HQ in Coventry.
Salary: From £15,000 dependant on experience

Events Coordinator – Conference Team

We are looking for a lively and creative individual to join our Conference Venue Finding team, the ideal candidate will be from an events, conference, hotel/venue background and be used to working under pressure to meet client deadlines.

The role will include; telephone call handling, dealing with all manner of event enquiries ensuring information is captured correctly and providing creative proposals within the clients specification and budget. You will manage your own administration and maintain working relationships at all levels and be computer literate.
