From our early days we have supported a number of Charities on a formal and informal level, these include:- Wigan and Leigh Hospice, Leukaemia Care, Coventry Evening Telegraph Snowball Appeal, Diabetes UK, National Child Minding Association, Forget-me-knot Appeal, National Childbirth Trust, Comic Relief, Race for Life – Cancer Research, Breakthrough Breast Cancer – The Playtex Moonwalk and ASBAH.

Nominated Charity – Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust
Conference Care look to support charities where we can have an active involvement and our contribution of both time and funds will have a positive impact. We appointed our current nominated charity in the Summer of 2006, the Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust. Acorns is a registered charity, established in 1983, offering a network of care to life-limited children and support for their families across the heart of England. Acorns has three hospices, situated in Birmingham, Walsall and Worcester and a Community Team that offers practical and emotional support to families in their homes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Conference Care will be actively supporting the charity as much as possible over the next year to make a real difference to Acorns.

Christmas Card - Donation
From 2004 we have donated our Corporate Christmas Card fund to charity, following a suggestion from an individual staff member. This proved so popular that the whole team joined in too - rather than sending a card to each other, each donated to the fund – to date we have donated over £4,000 in this way.
