Management Information

It is standard practice of Conference Care to hold quarterly review meetings with our clients. Contracted clients have the benefit of online management information – available 24 hours daily at the touch of a button.

Conference Care operates in partnership with clients under the following terms:-

Informal end-user agreement – generally where we operate within the SME market
► Preferred supplier status –
a formally contracted nominated supplier
► Mandated supplier status –
a formally contracted sole supplier

At each level we provide our clients with an Account Manager with a dedicated sales support team and as standard practice hold quarterly review meetings with our clients. We further demonstrate our transparent reporting policy and provide contracted clients with the additional benefit of online management information. The online management information system provides a comprehensive reporting structure, giving clear details in a variety of reporting spend areas; Parent Company, Subsidiary Companies/Divisions, Booker, Supplier and Department.

Management information reports are vital to the effective management and control of the account, tracking high demand areas, high users and identifying areas of the client business with low compliance. The Account Managers and support team continually analyse this information enabling you to achieve greater price reductions, streamline supplier usage, control internal policy, as well as gain a total overview of expenditure and identify potential areas for further cost savings.
