Karen Rogers - Team Manager

Bright and bubbly I am enthusiastic and can talk for hours on any subject. I enjoy travelling and socialising whenever I can.

I have spent most of my working life in hotels, first starting my career at Coombe Abbey Hotel as a Sales Office Administrator before going on to become a Conference Coordinator organising in-house meetings and events.


I have a real interest in hotels and am never happier than when visiting somewhere new. I joined Conference Care in September 2008 and every day is an adventure. I am constantly amazed at the wealth of knowledge that my colleagues have and I too, feel that my venue knowledge is expanding every day.

I work on the New Business and International teams which is both very challenging and rewarding. The thrill of confirming an enquiry for the first time is extremely exciting and I love meeting new clients and making more friends.

In my spare time, there’s never a dull moment as my two children, Josh and Lewis, keep me and my husband, Steve, busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
