We were delighted to host Visit Scotland’s ‘Scotland on Tour’ Bus this afternoon!

Visit Scotland have been travelling south of the border on their infamous tour bus for a number of years and have found it an excellent way to meet with agencies that they work closely with, and showcase new and exciting updates from their business partners. With Conference Care’s regional growth into Scotland going from strength to strength it was natural their first stop was at Watling House, Conference Care’s Head Office!

Partners who came along for the ride were Principal Hotels, Edinburgh & Stirling Castles, Kingsmills Hotel, The Balmoral, Meetings Perthshire, Crieff Hydro, Trump Turnberry and Contini Restaurants & Events. Martin Fullard, Deputy Editor at Conference News also joined the first leg of the tour to meet with the team, learn more about the event, and explore the strong relationship between Conference Care and Visit Scotland.

‘We have worked closely with Visit Scotland for many years and find their input invaluable.’ said Team Manager Joanne Coe. ‘When working with clients we’re not just finding them a venue in Scotland, we’re advising on the destination; the USP of the location, how they get there and what there is to do in the area. Our relationship with Visit Scotland helps us to provide our clients with a fully comprehensive service.’

Conference Care are a pleasure to work with. They have helped us source each of our conference venues plus various venues for our larger events. We are a charity and have to stick to smaller budgets but Conference Care always try to provide options for us. All the ladies who I’ve dealt with have always been so lovely and I’ve never had to chase them for anything which is such a joy! Conference Care really do seem to care about their clients and this definitely shone through at this event.
