Group bookings

For group bookings (generally over 8 room nights), we’ll individually negotiate the best rates and terms with each venue – with no booking fees and usually no upfront payments.

If you have a large event at a non-residential venue, our allocations team will set up a fully supported personalised branded site to give your delegates a range of hotel accommodation to choose from and reserve online

No fees

With no fees to pay and no minimum guarantee, we’ll manage booking levels to work with the hotels and make sure that you reach every cut-off date to reduce numbers if you need to.

Nearer to the event, we’ll deal with all the rooming list reports, and keep you bang up to date with booking numbers and regular reports. You’ll never need to start another rooming list spreadsheet again!
