Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a commercially driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Sales team, helping to drive growth across our Conference Care services.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in business development within the events, hospitality or travel sectors, who thrives on identifying and converting new opportunities. You’ll be confident networking, presenting and building strong early-stage relationships, using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn and digital platforms to generate a consistent pipeline of leads.
Working both from our Hinckley office and on the road, you’ll manage multiple opportunities, deliver pitches and client meetings, and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximise conversion. With a strong focus on targets and KPIs, you’ll play a key role in executing the sales plan, contributing to tenders, and ensuring a smooth handover of new accounts. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring excellent organisation, communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
