ACCOUNT MANAGER - SALES
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Account Manager to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, delivering strong financial performance and promoting the full range of Conference Care services.
This role involves regular client meetings (2–3 days per week), developing tailored Account Development Plans, organising client events, building relationships at all levels, and using CRM and sales tools to drive insight-led growth.
You’ll represent a B Corp committed to excellence, sustainability, and innovation while helping clients achieve measurable value.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (events/hospitality ideal)
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation abilities
- Able to organise site visits, meetings, and client events
- Proficient with CRM and sales research tools
- Analytical, organised, and able to deliver against sales targets
- Flexibility to travel and work additional hours when required

EVENT MANAGER
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Event Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of live, virtual, hybrid, and in-person events – including conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, awards, and team gatherings.
You’ll manage end-to-end logistics, create and maintain event documentation, work with platforms such as EventsAir/Cvent, support delegates and suppliers, ensure compliance with legislation, monitor budgets, and represent Conference Care at site visits and client meetings.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of event management experience
- Confident using event platforms (EventsAir, Cvent, etc.)
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of GDPR, risk assessments, and event legislation
- Technical understanding of virtual/hybrid event delivery
- Able to travel and work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours event support
