Coronavirus Update 24th March 2020

Dear clients,

Following the Government guidance on the evening of 23rd March, we are responding to this and moving to a fully remote operation as of today, 24th March.

Some of our team have been designated as “furlough workers” and will be taking a leave of absence at this time. Our core services are not affected and Conference Care staff have full access to our IT systems from their homes. Please continue to contact us by telephone on our main number of

While this is a very difficult time for all of us, we know that it’s crucial that we do everything we can to support this global and national effort to limit the impact of COVID-19. We can’t thank our team, customers and suppliers enough for their loyalty and contribution to our business during what has been, and continues to be, very uncertain times. We will continue to support you during this difficult period – Conference Care is a strong business, with great people and together we will steer through this.
