Conference Care has been awarded a new contract by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to deliver global venue sourcing services across its international events portfolio.
Following a competitive tender process, Conference Care will support RICS in sourcing high‑quality, cost‑effective venues for conferences, awards ceremonies, governance meetings, specialist training, and the extensive Matrics early‑career programme delivered throughout the UK.
The partnership will provide RICS with:
- Global venue sourcing across Europe, Asia‑Pacific, India, China, and North America
- Strategic negotiation and access to competitive rates
- Ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive venue selection aligned with RICS values
- Full open‑book transparency and detailed management information
- Structured account management and KPI‑driven performance reporting
Conference Care will also utilise its digital platform, MeetingsHub, to streamline sourcing activity, provide real‑time visibility of spend and savings, and support RICS’s commitment to governance, accessibility, and operational excellence.
This appointment strengthens Conference Care’s position as a trusted partner for complex, multi‑region event programmes and reflects its continued growth across venue sourcing, digital solutions, and event management services.
