Many of our customers and venue partners are understandably concerned about the developing Coronavirus situation and the potential impact for their organisation. We are now facing one of the most challenging times that we have ever seen within the events industry. The impact from Covid-19 continues to evolve on a daily basis and Conference Care is taking these matters seriously.
The events industry has been severely impacted during this time, with wide-scale cancellation, postponement and rebooking of events. Please be assured that our team is here to help clients during this difficult period, and we will do our utmost to resolve and mitigate the effects of this on a case by case basis.
Conference Care has a full business continuity framework in place which plans for a variety of potential incidents, including the impact of pandemic illnesses. Should the Coronavirus position escalate to the extent that we decide to close our offices partially or entirely, as a result of UK authorities recommending large scale quarantine or otherwise, then Conference Care staff will have full access to our data and IT systems from their homes or any other remote location.
The plan is designed to enable us to continue to operate our business and support our customers in such an event. Our team will be available to you over our normal operating hours, and we are confident that our service levels to you will not be impacted.
